First, you set up a voice channel yourself, then look for people in our LFG channel! After your game, you can +rep or -rep them! If someone falls to -10 rep score, they will be removed from our LFG channels. This way, everyone is incentivised to try in games and improve your rep. More info in our Discord!

In 2021, ShuUis founded 1Millisecond as a Valorant team to compete in small events with friends. It started as a casual group for players to have fun and play together. By late 2023, 1Millisecond officially pivoted into an esports team.
